Force Majeure: There are underlying risks of force majeure, which are events or circumstances beyond our control that may hinder us from accomplishing some or all of our outlined goals. Examples of such events include flooding that destroys properties, outbreak of war, and riots resulting in destruction of properties, economic downturns, government legislation, disease outbreak, among others.
Loss of rental contract: While this is an addressable risk by ensuring that the landlords permit us to refurbish and sublet their properties for up to seven years at an agreed annual or monthly rent price, it still remains a potential risk.
